Chocolate Cake
I made this cake earlier to entertaint myself, when it's ready I realize it's to big for one person.
Ok I decided to share it. As wise man said............. sharing is never harmful.
What I do not expect, this cake make chocolate-addicted people tempted to eat more and more and end up they order this from me.
But nothing is wrong to make people happy :)
Finally I made several variants. The filling can be chosen between strawberry jam, Mascarpone cheese & cherry or chocolate paste.
With or without topping. e.g. sprinkle cranberry & chocolate.For the latest delivery, I also accompanied the cake with ingredients card.

Cheese Chiffon Cake
This Chiffon Cake is made without butter but consist of cheese and milk.
I use sunflower oil instead of butter.
Probably to reduce guilty feeling cause eating something with lots of dairy products.

Indonesian Traditional Cake - Lapis Surabaya
Lapis Surabaya is one of the popular Indonesian traditional cakes. In Surabaya this cake is known as Spiku. I consider this cake as a member of Indonesian "layer" cakes family .
What is so special about this cake? It has been made of lots of Egg Yolks, has soft texture and moist.
But does not content spices like Lapis Legit which in The Netherlands is famous with name "Spekkoek".
If Lapis Legit has lots of thin layer, Lapis Surabaya has only 3 layers with chocolate in the middle.
Some people like to make variant with fruit jam & rhum in the middle or cheese creme.
Taste can be different but the traditional variant stays popular especially for people who lives far from the country of origin of this cake.
